If you are a customer, visitor, or recipient of commercial communications from the Oddia e-shop (weareoddia.com), you entrust us with your personal data and we become the controller of it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other regulations. The purpose of this section is to familiarize you with how we handle your personal data, for what purposes we use it, and what rights you have in this regard.

As the controller of your personal data, we determine how and for what purpose these data will be processed, for how long, and whether they will be provided to third parties. General Statements

The operator declares that:

• as the controller of your personal data, we fulfill all obligations arising from current legislation, especially from the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR;
• we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, especially legitimate interest, contract fulfillment, legal obligation, or granted consent;
• we fulfill the information obligation before starting the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR;
• we will always support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Scope of Personal Data and Processing Purposes

We manage your personal data exclusively based on your explicit consent and within this scope:

• Name and surname – data necessary for your identification and order processing
• Email – data necessary for communication regarding orders and sending commercial communications
• Address – data necessary for delivery of orders
• Phone – data necessary for communication and delivery of orders
• Order history – data necessary for customer account management and internal statistics
• Body measurements – data necessary for processing custom orders
• IP address and cookies – see the “Cookies” section

Some of these data are provided to third parties in cases where it is necessary for contract fulfillment, for instance, for the delivery of your order, but also for processing our accounting by an external company and in the case of cookies for detailed targeting of our advertising campaigns and for matching purposes in accordance with the contractual terms for Facebook tools for businesses and for matching and statistics purposes of Google Analytics and others. Based on the given consent, we may also use your email address for sending our commercial communications (news in our e-shop, reminders of abandoned baskets, etc.)

You provide your consent for processing these data for a period of 10 years, and you can withdraw it at any time after logging into your customer account in the privacy settings section, or by email at store@weareoddia.com.

The Oddia e-shop (weareoddia.com) uses cookies. Small files that ensure basic mechanics of online shopping such as language settings, registration, the ability to add products to the basket, and more. Cookies can be necessary, and then marketing, statistical, advertising, and other. The use of cookies that are not necessary for ensuring the proper functions of our e-shop can be refused when visiting our website. Cookies help us track your behavior on our website and subsequently more accurately tailor our offer to your needs. When browsing our e-shop, we also record your IP address, browsing duration, products you are interested in, and the page from which you came. We use these data for internal purposes, such as measuring traffic. We use cookies based on your consent also for targeted advertising, for matching purposes in accordance with the contractual terms for Facebook tools for businesses and for matching and statistics purposes of Google Analytics and others.

Some cookies are essential for maintaining the basic functions of our e-shop including registration, order completion, and others. You can turn off the use of cookies in your browser, but in certain cases, you may not be able to complete a purchase.

Privacy Protection

We protect your personal data in electronic form using modern technologies including state-of-the-art encryption issued by the certification authority Sectigo and advanced website security. In the case of database backups, we use password-protected files and media, which, like documents, are archived in publicly inaccessible spaces behind several locks.

A brief overview of your rights and our obligations:

• Right to information – As data controllers, we are obliged to inform you how we handle your personal data, to what extent, and for what purpose. General answers to these questions can be found directly on this page, but if you want to know how we handle your specific data, you can always challenge us to provide the relevant information. We will do so within 14 days of receiving the challenge.
• Right to amendment – As a data subject, you have the right to amend or supplement the personal data we manage at any time. In the case of customer profiles, you can do this yourself within the user interface of our e-shop. In other cases, please contact us through the contact below on this page, or directly by email at store@weareoddia.com. We will amend or supplement the data within 14 days after receiving the challenge.
• Right to portability – If you wish to transfer personal data held in our database elsewhere, you can ask us to do so at any time. We will provide this information in a machine-readable format (XML) within 30 days of receiving the challenge.
• Right to withdraw consent – You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, either through the settings in your user account or by email if you do not have an account. We will respect your wishes immediately upon receiving the challenge.
• Right to be forgotten – If you wish us to completely forget about you, you can challenge us to delete all data concerning your person from all databases, archives, and backups. Considering the technological limits of our system, all your deletable data will be completely erased within 30 days of receiving the challenge. We note that in some cases, we are bound by legislation and documents containing personal data (such as tax documents) must be kept for a period prescribed by law. Such documents will be deleted after the legal period expires.
• Right to complain – If you are convinced that we are not handling your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to turn to the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time, which in such a case can initiate proceedings with us. We appreciate it if you turn to us first through the email address store@weareoddia.com before submitting a complaint so that we can rectify any errors and reach a settlement.
