Burnt, torn or pierced latex outfit? Ripped off buckle? Leave us a message, describe the type and extent of the damage and ideally attach a few photos.
If it will be within our power, we will be happy to try to repair the products you have purchased from us.
We only repair products from our offer. The price of the repairs depend on the extent of the damage. We can decline repairs of products, which have been damaged on a large scale or have not been cared for correctly.
Exchanges and returns
Picked an unsuitable size? Write us a message and we will give you information on where and how to return the items. Lowered delivery prices are however only available upon the initial purchase. The return logistics and new delivery will have to be paid in the case of an exchange.
Items bought in our online store can also be returned within 14 days without giving a reason and be refunded. We would like to point out that this time period doesn’t apply to products, which have been modified based on your wishes, made to measure or are of bespoke production, as well as *used items.
Unless stated otherwise, our products are covered by a two-year warranty allowing you to file a complaint regarding defects of purchased products.
The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage, damage through incorrect treatment and products destroyed through neglected care. More information in the customer section, on the latex care page and others.

It’s important to regularly care for latex clothing by using quality products for latex care. Clothing damaged through neglect, unsuitable storage or using cheap polishes or powder, which aren’t intended for latex clothing, cannot be complained about or returned.
*Used products: If you try the clothing on right from the box and you find out it doesn’t fit, there is no problem returning or exchanging it. However, if you apply any solution on the garment (e.g. latex polish, lubricant etc.), it will be considered as used and it won’t be possible to return it due to hygienic reasons.
